"Great hotel for skiing holiday. Room had ample space for family of 4\. Was worried about single bunk beds for my older teenagers but they were fit for purpose. Lots of storage for clothes and luggage. Wish there was more hooks for hanging up towels though. Overall very happy with our Christmas skiing holiday. Close to piste/gondola, town, restaurants... Very impressed with the breakfast buffet. Highly recommend!"

"the house did not meet our expectations at all. too few kitchen utensils. not clean glasses and dirty pans in the cupboards. very dusty decoration and lampshades. the showers are very, very small and the shower heads fell out of support of some showers. Shower hoses not firmly in the support so that the head comes out of support and the bathroom is under water. some rooms/bathrooms had no or very poorly functioning heating. Dirty wipes in a bedside table of room 3\. The shower door is in poor condition in room 3\. the fridge was broken and everything was frozen. Not always hot water. We find this house worthy of a very bad review. I don't understand the posted reviews of previous vacationers at all.We go on a ski holiday every year and have never experienced this before. the only thing we liked was the sitting area which was very cozy with the heater. we will not come back."
