Situated at 300m from the slopes and shops are in front of the building. 4 floor buiding with lift. 66sqm apartment with a private parking space, located on the 1st level of a new residence with shop and about 300metres from chairlift of peisey. This upscale apartment is rented for 6/8 people. It consists of a bedroom with double bed and private bathroom and toilet. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 sleeping area with 2 bunks bed each. An open kitchen to the living room opening to a south terrace. There is also a shower room with toilet. The little extra: Sheets ans towels are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short breaks). Equipment : Dishwasher, family fridge, oven and microwave, induction hob, Nespresso machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. Television, WIFI. Rented with 1 parking space in the residence n°138 Rented with a ski locker. Sleeps : 2 double beds, 4 bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old) + 1 single bed Sanitary: 1 shower room (Italian) and one bathroom with bath and 2 toilets. Good to know: You can book your lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at special prices. You will collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency. A deposit must be paid by credit cart at your arriving. It will be not possible to pick up the key without the paiement of this deposit. INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric covers should not be removed from beds and left clean, beds should be undone properly with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any breach of these instructions will be invoiced on deposit: 10 € per bed, 25 € per missing mattress, 300 € for the replacement of the furniture.
