It’s a beautiful building, room was large, comfortable. We were on the railway side, and could hear trains, but they didn’t keep me awake. Aircon a bit noisy, but effective. However, there are no amenities. WiFi wasn’t good enough to work, no tea or coffee in room, no water cooler, no fridge or minibar. I expected more from a 4* hotel.

The place was so nice and clean people working were so hospitable. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of variety. I strongly recommend this stay in Hanover for a pleasant visit.

The bedding was clean but the desk area was quite dirty. Staff when checking in were ok but I was shocked that there were no tea making facilities in the room. They offered me a mug of hot water. Ok for very short stays located 170 yards from the main train station. As with any main train station area there was a large presence of homeless people.

I would book this hotel again. It was well priced and in a very convenient area for travel. But there are two things that stick out: 1. The hotel room door didn't fully latch shut when I left for an hour. When I came back the door was visibly open. Luckily my room was further away and I was only out briefly. So the chance for someone to go into my room was limited. But it's still concerning. Nothing was missing. You need to make sure the door is fully shut, with a lot of force. 2. The WiFi policy is kind of odd. Only one device per room could connect at a given time. So if you have multiple devices (e.g traveling with a phone, tablet, and a laptop) or multiple people, not everyone can use the WiFi at the same time. Unless you pay extra. You have to log in and log out.
