Pool / terrace area and living area are on one level, which can be reached by stairs. From the living room you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the surrounding landscape as well as of the pool area with terrace, which is equipped with 4 loungers, through two large glass panoramic sliding doors. You can expect modern living comfort in the spacious living room (fireplace, air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV) and an open dining area with a ceiling height of approx. 4 meters and the adjoining open kitchen, from which you can also access the terrace with barbecue and seating. There are also two modern bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one with air conditioning and one with fan, and a bathroom with toilet and shower. Furnishing The house is very well equipped with all the amenities you need for a relaxing holiday: kitchen with large fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, toaster. Bedroom: once with air conditioning and once with fan, a double bed 1.60, two single beds 90x1.90 built-in closet. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and washing machine. The setting and the views were amazing. The sunsets in the evening were stunning. It was peaceful and relaxing but not far from shops, restaurants and beaches with a car. The villa has everything needed for your holiday and the pool is fantastic. I would wake up every morning and have a swim before having breakfast. Christiane was lovely and really helpful. Der private Pool ist sehr schön und bei den hohen Temperaturen im August haben wir ihn auch mehrmals täglich benutzt. We were a family of 4 and we have enough space for everyone. The pool is also large enough for the whole family. The AC was really enjoyable. The neighborhood is really calm.
