It features two bedrooms, a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a recently renovated bathroom. Upstairs, the renovated attic preserves the essence of a Valencian home and gives access to a spacious, exclusive chill-out terrace for guests, furnished with a sofa, armchairs, a solarium with loungers, parasol, artificial grass, and automatic ambient LED lighting at sunset. After the latest renovation, the attic is divided into a leisure area with darts and a complete laundry room with a washing machine and clothesline. High-speed Wi-Fi is available. Pets are not allowed; please consult us for possible exceptions. We offer car and bicycle rental with delivery and pick-up service at your door, available for an extra fee.
