On the ground floor, the living and sleeping area is thoughtfully arranged with 1 double sofabed, a dining table, and direct access to the garden, creating a seamless connection between indoor comfort and outdoor living. The open kitchen on this level is fully equipped and adjacent to the living space. The single shower and WC bathroom is also located on this floor. On the upper floor, the property offers 2 dedicated sleeping rooms: 1 room furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm, and a second room fitted with 2 individual beds and 1 pull-out bed. The bed layout is flexible, and it is worth noting that there are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of guests permitted, which may however not be exceeded.
