### Villa with panoramic views all inclusive La Sella DJ
This beautiful villa has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 adults and two children (up to 14 years old).
It is located in the luxurious La Sella urbanisation, which has an extensive golf course much appreciated among golf enthusiasts.
Upon entering the house, we find the living/dining room, from where we can access the fantastic terrace with enviable panoramic views. The villa has wifi, air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, central heating, TV in the living room and in one bedroom, as well as outdoor furniture (sunbeds and garden table) to fully enjoy the accommodation.
The open kitchen is fully equipped, with: gas hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
On the same floor, there is a courtesy toilet and a suite room with air conditioning and TV (with its own bathroom with shower and dressing room).
Going down the stairs, we find the laundry room, the other bedrooms and access to the pool.
The three bedrooms are tastefully decorated. The first has air conditioning and direct access to the pool. Next to it is a fully renovated bathroom with shower. The second bedroom with a double bed does not have air conditioning, but does have access to the pool. The third and last bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and air conditioning, and also has access to the pool.
The villa has private parking.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), wifi, sheets and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
