You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
### Holiday Village with garden La Sella PE
Precious villa with a spacious garden of palm trees, oleanders, lawn and sea view. The private swimming pool of 8mx5m with Roman stairs has a maximum depth of 2 metres and a minimum of 1.80, next to it there is a large covered barbecue with garden furniture.
Once inside the house, we find the living-dining room with TV/SAT and internet, it has an exit to a glazed terrace where the dining room is located and has a direct exit to the garden and the pool.
Next to the living room is the open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge with freezer. From the living room, you reach the corridor where the bedrooms are distributed by 5 steps. The house has two double bedrooms with individual beds joined and a third bedroom with a double bed with air conditioning and a small television room. All three rooms have mosquito nets.
The house has a bathroom with shower and another bathroom with bathtub.
Possibilities of shopping, restaurant, tennis, horse riding and squash at 1km, Dénia 8km, and to the sea 9km.
Dogs are not allowed.
The owner appreciates that smoking is not allowed in the house.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor wifi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Como siempre la amabilidad del personal de Carlosferien. Y aunque la casa parecía que estaba un poco desubicada, al final tenía buenas comunicaciones. Y excepto por los problemas que os comentamos en el siguiente apartado (que es una pena), hemos estado bien. Aunque no es culpa vuestra, teníamos unas obras al lado que nos despertaban a las 07.00h.

Ein sehr gepflegtes Anwesen, sehr großzügige Räumlichkeiten, toller Garten, toller Außenbereich und alles tiptop sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Im Haus herrscht 80er-Jahre-Charme. Muss man mögen. Was renoviert wurde (Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad) ist aber sehr modern und schön eingerichtet.

#### Tennisferien La Sella
\-seriöse und unkomplizierte Abwicklung mit "carlosferien" -Zusatzbett (Klappbett) wurde gegen geringe Gebühr zur Verfügung gestellt -Komme schon im September 2018 mit einem Freund, welcher dieses Haus gebucht hat wieder nach Denia und werde in Zukunft auch persönlich gerne wieder bei "carlosferien" buchen. Vielleicht auch mal Wintermiete. -bei einer Belegung von 3-6 Personen ist eine Dusche zu wenig. Wenn man bei der Badewanne eine einfache Vorrichtung mit Duschvorhang anbringen würde (kostet sicher nicht viel) wäre das Problem gelöst.
