The villa is spacious, stylish, and perfectly suited for a family or group getaway. We loved the heated pool, the stunning views of downtown Cabo and the marina, and the incredible sunrises and sunsets from the spacious patio—perfect for morning coffee and evening margaritas.The location is great—close to town, though there are steps down to the property and then more steps going down to town. We appreciated the fun little bucket lift for part of the climb back up! We also rented a car and parked at the marina in the evenings, which made coming and going easy.The home had been rented for several months before us, so a few basics were missing (like hair dryers, bedroom lamps, and mirrors), but we let Mike, the owner, know and he was responsive and appreciative of the feedback. We’re confident he’ll continue to improve the guest experience.Fernando, the concierge, was outstanding—helpful, kind, and always available. He helped us with groceries, luggage, and even arranged a beautiful sunset cruise. I would highly recommend that Hotels.Com not represent this property. I opened a chat with Hotels. and never got a reply.
