Located near Valdobbiadene, in the heart of the Prosecco region and just steps from Asolo, one of Italy’s most beautiful villages. Treviso is a 30-minute drive, Venice one hour, and Cortina d’Ampezzo two hours away. The area is perfect for cyclists and hiking enthusiasts.



Inside, the living area welcomes you with a sofa, TV, board games, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, cookware, utensils, coffee machine with complimentary capsules, and kettle. On the ground floor: spacious double bedroom with wardrobe and direct access to the garden, single bedroom, bathroom with large shower and bidet. Next door, laundry room with washing machine for your use. The house features underfloor heating and step-free access for maximum comfort. Fast Wi-Fi ideal for video calls and a fan for warm days. Families with young children will find a high chair, toys, and books available on request at no extra charge. Barbecue available on request. Linen/towel change possible for longer stays. Pet requests may be accepted depending on conditions.



A large shopping center is about three kilometers away by car; a small supermarket is a ten-minute walk. E-bikes can be rented at the shopping center. Nearby, a 27-hole golf course and, on Monte Grappa, paragliding and hang gliding.



Arrival by car is recommended. Smoking and events are not allowed. The owners live on site and there are animals. Bicycle storage available.
