"I.was on the 1st floor as entering the room I noticed that the door didn't lock. The bathtub had mildew all around the baseboard. The bed fitted sheet had old blood stain that didn't come out And there was a bed bug on top of the sheet. So then they moved me on the 2nd floor and the blank had cigarettes burns so I didn't care because it was late and I came there as an emergency. I didn't get my money back and I was not satisfied about the whole situation. There was people sleeping im the lobby as well as addicts there begging for a ride or anything else. I supposed to be out on the 4th of June 2026 around 11am but instead me and my family left at 5:50 am. Fire department was there police and paramedics Commotion on the 1st floor. I left quicker than I arrived. I booked the room and the credit card machine didn't even work and they still asked for a security deposit on top of the I still had to pay. Only God knows that I Will not stay there again. They need to do better like seriously they do. I feel so disgusted while there."

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at this hotel was disappointing enough that I feel other travelers should know what to expect. From the moment we walked into the room, there was a strong unpleasant odor that immediately made us uncomfortable. The room smelled stale, dirty, and as if it had not been properly cleaned in quite some time. As we looked around, it became clear that cleanliness was a major issue. There was food smeared on the doors and visible dirt and grime throughout the room. The condition of the room made it feel as though housekeeping had either rushed through the cleaning process or skipped important steps altogether. The bedding was one of the most concerning parts of our stay. The sheets appeared dirty and did not look freshly changed. Finding stains and signs of previous use on bedding is unacceptable in any hotel, and it left us questioning the overall sanitation of the room. It’s difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep when you don’t feel confident that the room has been properly cleaned. Throughout our stay, the lack of attention to detail was noticeable. A hotel should provide guests with a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment, but unfortunately this property failed to meet even basic expectations. The unpleasant smell, dirty sheets, food residue on surfaces, and overall condition of the room made what should have been a relaxing stay. We ended up leaving and going to another hotel without a refund."
