Overnight stay

We came in town for the Eorld of Outlaws sprintcar race and needed a place to stay over night. Found a great place! Beds were very comfortable and house very clean. Didnt expect much for a one night stay but this was grea great.

Long overdue Girls trip

Good value for a night's stay. Minor detail but host should add flat sheets to the beds as a full bedding set up, rather than fitted sheet and comforter only.

The house was so comfy cozy. We are from AR & stayed here for our grandson’s 2nd Bday. The host was friendly & answered any/all of my questions. We had a great time, everything you need. Would definitely stay again when in KS!

Clean, but dated property

Had a very short overnight stay. Property is in an older part of town. Was clean but definitely on the more dated side. It's an older home with old smells and creaky floors. Beds were comfortable, the price was right and it worked just fine for our quick stay. Would consider staying again in the future.

Tidy and comfortable

Not only was the stay very affordable, but the house was very comfortable and clean, with kitchen basic supplies on hand. The owner was communicative. We would not hesitate to book again. Thanks for the great experience!

We needed a place while traveling to Derby KS. Traveling with 4 grandkids we wanted something simple and efficient. This was it! Short drive to Derby, we relaxed and it was so reasonably priced. Quiet neighborhood, very responsive host. We would stay again.

Great stay in Wichita

A welcoming atmosphere awaited us upon our arrival. The house had fantastic, welcoming ambiance with plenty of room for our family to rest and enjoy. The shower was strong and warm, the yard kept up and safe, the neighbors friendly and helpful. Looking forward to spending time here again!

Small but great

Nice place. Pretty clean but vent in hallway was very dirty and spiderwebs in the corners of the living room. Possible vent fan in bathroom as well. Also the the shrubs/trees blocked a portion of the stairs making carrying bags a bit hard. We were in town for a family emergency and the place was clean and easy to access owner was pleasant to deal with

Was great on the inside👍 The outside would have been great if there was steps at the other end if porch so ya didnt have to walk in wet grass to get in & out of the house🙃 Thanks for the stay👍
