Beautiful detached house with private swimming pool located on a hill just 5km from the famous 18-hole Castelfalfi golf course. The dominating position of the property means it enjoys a fantastic view over the surrounding landscape.  
The surrounding area offers many places to visit such as visit like Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa and Lucca. The Tuscan coast with famous beaches like Versilia, Cecina, Tirrenia and Castiglioncello, is also easily reached.   
Available to guests: Private swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests with a panoramic view, private and fenced garden, Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV. Parking onsite.  
Distances: Legoli (food shops) - 2 km, Montefoscoli - 3 km, Forcoli or Peccioli (shops of every kind) - 9 km, Pontedera - 20 km, Volterra - 30 km, San Gimignano - 33 km, Pisa - 46 km, Lucca - 60 km, Florence - 70 km, Siena - 75 km, the Cinque Terre are located about 140 km away.
