Still I took a chance and booked it because the pictures and location looked very appealing and I realized a brand new rental unit wouldn’t have many reviews anyway. The minute we crossed the entry gate to the residential community (providing free access to 17 mile drive for owners and guests) I felt like I made the right choice. Short drive through the peaceful, beautifully landscaped neighborhood brought us to the Gone Coastal house. The pictures are true representation of the tastefully decorated interior, everything was spotlessly clean, the house has lots of indoor and outdoor space for guests to hang out together, cook and have a nice dinner. All conveniences are provided, even laundry with detergent etc. I loved the little touches the host provided such as a nice bottle of wine, coffee, chocolates, “making s'more's” basket just to name a few. Everyone slept really well in the comfortable beds and soft linens. The property and the host exceeded our expectations. Communication was easy, the property manager Marco was very responsive and prompt to answer a few questions we had. I can highly recommend this property! Hope to be back one day. ##### Darina S. The house was very comfortable, well-equipped with everything we needed, and perfectly located—close to everything yet peaceful and private. The accommodations were great for our family, and communication with the owner was smooth and responsive. The check-in process was quick and easy, which made our arrival stress-free.
