I knew going in that for the price this would be a dump, but I didn't expect to literally see a dump in the toilet when I walked in my room. They moved me to another room with a broken microwave and a dirty wash cloth hanging from the shower head.
The front office lady was apologetic and friendly, but you certainly get what you pay for with this "Royal" Inn. There was nowhere to hang clothes, no closet and no ice machine on the property. It was a tiny room, which was ok with me but no table or chair (unlike the advertised photos) to sit anywhere other than the bed. I had read another review indicating sketchy guests staying there and sure enough...I woke up to 15 minutes of a man and woman screaming vulgarities at each other.
Look, I just needed a place to sleep and this room provided that. I've stayed in some cheap hotels before but I can't imagine a much worse motel than this "Royal Inn".
