"Clean room. Older everything- bathroom could use deep cleaning or tub/faucet replacement. Older toilet. Staff were very friendly!! Only picked up bottled juice for breakfast. No bottled water available. Adequate parking. Lot could be better lit. Close to Walmart and many restaurants."

"parking was good , typical continental breakfast nothing fancy but was ok, staff who checked us in was friendly but that's about where it ended, day shift could be a little more energetic. stayed 3 nights no house keeping , had to snag towels from the cart in the hallway and request tp from the front desk. Was not treated like a Hilton honors guest no goodie bag on check in I'm guessing because I booked through expedia. "

"We had such a wonderful stay at this cabin! The location was a huge highligh-being so close to the Greenbrier River Bike trail made it incredibly easy to hop on for riding. It was the perfect mix of convenience and peaceful surroundings.The cabin itself is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. Everything we needed was right there, and it felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. We especially appreciated how quiet and relaxing the setting was. The large porch overlooking the river is awesome for unwinding after a day outdoors.The host was easy to communicate with and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. If you’re looking for a cozy place with easy access to the trail and a relaxing atmosphere, this is a great choice. We would absolutely stay here again! We actually loved it so much that we extended our original stay!"

"Overall a good property for the large group of 16 we had (8 kids, 8 adults). The views were amazing, location was good, a 3 min drive to the village. There were some maintenance issues, missing trim around windows, a large hole in the drywall, water stains on the ceiling, only 12 towels given for 16 guests (and they were medium in size), only 6 rolls of toilet paper, and the exterior was messy - empty beer cans on the ground and the grill was dirty and tipped over - we had to clean it and put it back together. Outside of that, no complaints. "
