Let's start with the positives. The staff vas helpfult and good. The breakfast was one of the best ones I have had in a hotel, but the deserts are just way to sweet, cut down on the sugar guys. The gym is very good and has everything you need for a nice exercise. The pool and sauna is nice but unfortunately very greedy and stupid to charge extra to use them. The hotel is already expensive and off location as it is, at least you should have the pool and sauna included in the price like every other hotel on planet earth, whats the point in visiting this hotel otherwise if you need to pay extra for almost everything except the room? Overall I would rate it a strong 3.5 because of the nice breakfast and staff.

On arrival the desk clerk wasn’t the best but the following day the desk clerk was a vast improvement good on her
Went to the room on arrival and went round the other side of the bed to find a pizza perfect box yes it was empty and took it to the reception and he said he’s pass a message to housekeeping 🙄
Never had that experience before and apart from from that experience was good

"A hotel without a lift is very difficult. Noone there to help with the luggage. Room was OK, but nothing more. Nothing special. Very small bathroom. Beds OK, average. Breakfast OK. But normally you can have a boiled egg. They had not. A terrible noise in the breakfast room, causes by app. 10 swedish ..."
