"Good things: swimming pool and hot tub, spacious for 12 of us. The lake at Coco plage is lovely. Not so good: no responses to my messages before our stay therefore confusion over bed linen. The property is not clean. There is grime everywhere. Needs a deep clean. Very small cooking area. Grass needed cutting. Very limited activities in the area. Spent too much time in super u because there was not much else to do. Towns and villages are deserted, shops closed and markets consist of about five...

"We spent a week in this property in La Baule. The owner was very pleasant and helpful , the property was in a good location and our stay was very enjoyable."

"We were here as a family for a celebration of my mom's life. She grew up in Noirmoutier. The house was everything we expected. Spacious, a well stocked kitchen, clean. The seating areas outside were wonderful. There are bike paths nearby that help you explore the island safely. Screens on the windows were awesome as mosquitos can be a problem on the island. This is a must if you like to sleep with a breeze. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We would stay there again."

"The photos did not do the property justice. It is stunning. From arriving at the private gates, walking into the open plan living and kitchen area, it does take your breath away. The owners showed us around and that was a lovely touch. Enabled us to ask any questions. We stayed for 1 week. 6 people, 4 adults and 2 kids. The property was perfect. The pool is big and the cover allows you to use it all day, in any weather. The hot tub also great. The beds were comfy. The large fridge, freezer and...

"Was allright. We left it clean at the check-out, but the landlord charged use for no reason too much. Beside that we enjoyed the quiet area."

"From start to finish this was a superb holiday/experience, made more perfect by a very pleasant and easy to deal with host - Bastian. The property is in an ideal location close to everything Jard has to offer. This was our 4th stay in this wonderful town by the sea. Currently our favourite place in France. We would have no hesitation in returning to this property in the future. Thank you Bastian fot facilitating a wonderful 2 weeks in Jard."

"Loved the decor and the spa - the proximity to the beach and the beautiful walk through the bush to the dunes - loved the cycling trail and the relaxed atmosphere of Sherwood The second bedroom was without a window which gave a claustrophobic feeling and I was glad I wasn’t sleeping in it"

"Great house with fantastic views out over the bay. A huge beach was infront of the house but sadly we weren’t able to use it some days because the red flag was flying… water pollution apparently! Luckily we had a great little pool at the house which the children loved! A lovely holiday despite the inconsistent weather!"
