About this property
Beautiful Perigourdine
- Very nice house with large garden (3000m ²) in full heart of one of the most beautiful villages of France in Black Périgord. Many activities in the village (tennis, swimming pool ...) and in the vicinity (visits, golf, mountain bike, canoe-kayak, equestrian center).
Only 2 minutes walk from all shops, you will have a large landscaped garden of 3000m². The house is equipped with a large terrace with a superb view;
You will have access to the whole accommodation which comprises on the ground floor: a bedroom, a pantry, the kitchen, the bathroom, the toilet and a large living room with fireplace. Upstairs two bedrooms, a water point with toilet and a landing with an extra bed for one person;
The house is equipped with internet and numerous brochures of places or activities that we have practiced. We will be happy to give you feedback on the experience we have had.
The neighborhood is very quiet and a two minute walk from the center of the village with all shops (bakery, butcher, laundry, grocery, hairdresser etc ...)
The cleaning is not charged but the linen costs 15 € per person per stay
