Comfortable and convenient
Staying at this property was very comfortable, and it was very convenient to get on the highway. All the amenities were exactly what was shown in the ad. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would stay here again. The property was also very clean and there were plenty of supplies.

Perfect for us
We really enjoyed our stay here and the hospitality of our host. For us the location was perfect with easy access to everything we needed. The place was clean and quiet. We felt very relaxed which is always a nice thing

Clean and comfortable
Plenty of parking on the street and in the driveway. Check-in a breeze. Comfortable couches in the living room area. TVs in both bedrooms and in the living room. AC kept the place nice and cool. Beds are among the most comfortable I have experienced in a short-term rental and bedding was high quality. Everything clean and well-kept. Excellent communication from host. Would definitely stay again - thank you!

Synopsis
It was clean and just what we needed. I understand it was recently renovated so I was a bit surprised some of the door and trim painting was streaked and dry paint drippings on floor. A few other things I emailed to the contact. Still a good experience.

Pretty good place for the price
This place was perfect for the price, super easy communication with host and easy to find. Not in the nicest neighborhood but we were only staying for one night so it worked for us! Thanks so much for letting us stay!

Good experience overall. Some suggestions Put a door on the closet at the front door. It doesn't give a warm welcome Use Individual or small unopened packages of sugar,, coffee... so the guests will feel more confident to use them Fix the fridge or change it. It doesn't work properly The garbage cans were full all the time with a lot of flies. Otherwise U enjoy my stay

Served the purpose for our stay on the MA/RI line area. The owner was receptive to any questions and requests and very responsive to our needs. The property is an old 3 story tenement house with 4 apartments located in a congested and less than desirable location of Pawtucket.

The property was good for an overnight, but I have trouble imagining that it would be comfortable for several days. We appreciated that the property was clean, and it was evident the owners had recently renovated the apartment. When we asked the owner to fix the hot water - there was none - they responded quickly and resolved the issue. However, there's no living room. The living room was converted into a third bedroom, so you walk off the street and right into a bedroom. Therefore, the only common areas for getting together are in the kitchen, which might be an issue if you stayed for several days. The kitchen has very little cooking equipment, and there are only enough dishes for two people. Also, some of the renovations require more work; part of the shower glass wasn't properly installed, so there was a sizeable gap at the bottom.

House was dirty. No hand towels in bathroom or kitchen. No wash cloths. No sharp knives. Freezer was full of whole nasty fish and meat, looked like it had been there for a long time. TVs did not work first day. One ac did not work first day. Bedding was stained. Laundry room in premises was out of order. House is right by I 95. Plates and other dishes were chipped. Was very disappointed and would not recommend. For the price it was sub par.

A real home away from home!
We stayed here for the local Oktoberfest and absolutely LOVED this condo. It’s been very nicely updated, the beds are so comfortable, and there are flatscreens in every room. I slept like a baby and felt very much at home. I would definitely reserve this condo again while visiting the area! Nazha was also very easy to communicate with and always responded very quickly!!

Good after we figured out the quirks
We visited the area to move my son into his dorm at Brown. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I probably won’t stay here again. For starters, I’m pretty sure this was a boarding house recently converted to vacation rental. Secondly, I’ll typically rent an apartment or house for the weekend to save money on dining out. It’s advertised as a 3 bedroom apartment but there is no living space for a family to converge. The kitchen seats 2 people max and there is no living room. We ended up eating out the rest of the trip for this reason, in addition to the fact that the kitchen is lacking in many basic items needed to cook, such as knives, cutting board, mixing bowls. Other issues we had included a missing television remote. I reached out to property manager about this upon arrival but didn’t get a response until the next morning. We did, however, not arrive until almost 9 pm so I can’t blame her for the lack of communication there. The remote issue was rectified when I downloaded an app on my phone to control the tv, although I never did get the remote. One of the other televisions was not able to get any service and even though it was a smart tv, wouldn’t connect to the WiFi. There was a USB device going from the back of the tv, across the wall and out the middle of the window that I believe was a make shift antenna of some kind. Once I disconnected this, I was able to connect to the WiFi without a problem. The AC wall unit in my bedroom was missing the knobs so I wasn’t able to regulate the temp. The response I received was to turn the unit on and off using the reset and test button on the plug which clearly doesn’t seem safe. I asked the property manager for needle-nose pliers so that I’d be able to use them as a make shift knob and received a response several hours later that they were left for me. Once we were settled in, we had a decent stay. The property was clean and surprisingly quiet considering it’s located in a very busy area. If one of the bedrooms was converted into a living room and the kitchen tools were upgraded a bit, I would definitely return.

Interesting experience!
We rented the apt for a girls birthday weekend. Our property Manager sent the door code to the apt and met us at the door and showed us around. After going out to dinner and the casino we returned around 1:30. Shortly after returning home the front door opened and a man and his entire family( 7 or 8 people) including a dog, came through the locked front door- apparently they also rented the space and had the front door code as well. I tried to reach both the owner and property manager by phone and left messages and I also messaged the owner. I did not receive a response until 9:30 am the next day in which they said no one but us had the code - WRONG! That poor family had to leave at 2am and go try to find another place . We were left feeling unsafe all night. Also, the people upstairs ran up and down the stairwell all night - strange stuff going on there. I tried to get my money back for the sleepless night that we all had but the owner has never contacted me back. I’d steer clear of this place - not a good location or experience.

RI Stay
If you are looking for three bedroom lodging with quick interstate access this is the place for you. Limited seating for dining but every bedroom has a tv and mini refrigerator. Affordable and host was nice!

Very convenient
The place was very nice and clean. The location is fairly quiet but also directly above the highway, but also had street parking. It was slightly challenging speaking through messaging initially, but eventually the host provided me with his son’s number who was a much more communicative and was extremely helpful. The place was overall really great, and was incredibly comfortable. Very good deal for the price!

Great stay in Pawtucket!
Clean, easy to find, and minutes to Providence! Only note is the entrance runs through the third bedroom. Fine for us but thought prospective visitors would like the layout detail! Great stay and we were able to check in early!

It was nice being able to chat with Them, very pleasant people but I couldn't get a chance to meet them, they checked in early and I had to text them passcode through the 3rd room like she said, every house rule was followed, the house was spotless, we would be glad to have them back.
