Golf School Trip
This unit has 3 bedrooms and 3 private bathrooms, which was the primary reason we chose it. The pictures look great. The unit is well used. The kitchen wasn’t very clean. We couldn’t use the stove because it smelled when we turned it on. The master is very nice and spacious. The location of the unit is great!

Casual and comfortable.
The condo was fine after it was finally cleaned up. It had not been cleaned when we arrived. There were trash bags in rooms, dirty towels and even unflushed toilets.
Management did say they would compensate us for the delay. I haven’t seen the amount of the compensation.
Also, I want to express how ridiculous it was to give us rubber wrist bands for the Summerhouse pool (which we never used) but had to worry all week about keeping up with the bands and making sure they were returned for fear of being charged $50 for a lost .50 cent band.
Really annoying. Please discontinue that policy.

Not senior friendly, didn’t state stairs to bedrooms
This rental was terrible for my 86 yr old mom. Thr description said “split-level” but never mentioned all three bedrooms were downstairs. The elevator was far from the assigned parking space and the unit front door. The handicap parking space and parking spaces in front of elevator were blocked because of construction. The giant dumpster was directly in front of two bedrooms. The beds only had thin bedspread and sheet. No blanket? And my daughter found dried blood on her sheet. Description was inadequate and attention to detail was poor. Definitely not worth $2,000+ for 3 nights.
