It offers a large great room, 4 bedrooms (Q, Q, 2 Twin, 2 Twin) This lovely beach home is located less than a block from the public beach access. North Litchfield Beach is a pristine stretch of beach along the Pawleys Island corridor. It is a favorite for dog lovers, being the only beach where dogs are allowed to run free, off their leashes every morning until 9:00AM and after 7PM.

Nice getaway

Very quiet neighborhood close to the beach. Excellent location for riding bikes. Our third year staying there. The new entry stairs and rear deck remodeling are fantastic. Very enjoyable vacation.

Family vacation and family wedding at Brookgreen Gardens

We brought our family for vacation and to attend our daughter’s wedding at Brookgreen Gardens. We had a fabulous vacation as did our bulldogs! The backyard was perfect for our fur babies! We loved the proximity to the ocean. Nancy, the host, was always extremely responsive, and she made our stay great! We will go back again.

Summer Vacay

The house was perfect for our family of seven. Everything in the listing was accurate and the house was very clean. The kitchen had all of the dishes, silverware, glassware, and cookware we needed. The beach was a short walk and it was exactly what we were looking for. We will book again!

Quaint House

Home is dated on the outside and comes with basic needs; however, lacks with comparable properties we have stayed in within the same community. The fenced in backyard was sparse in grass so our dog refused to use it. When we went to use the provided gas grill, it was not operational which caused us to change our dinner plans last minute. The owner was quick to respond and provided a new grill. The location is great and we enjoyed the front screened porch watching the beach goers come/go throughout the day. The house layout worked for us, provided all parties wake around the same time since they all open to the public/shared areas. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the time at the beach, and love the quietness of the neighborhood.

My second visit!

Cute and comfy house with decent sized fenced in yard if you bring any 4 legged family members. Super close to beach access and convenient to grocery, restaurants etc. Owners are very friendly too!

Great stay

Second visit at this house for us. Adults, two grown sons, one daughter-in-law, and one two year old. The divisions of the bedrooms and baths make this house a really good place for us. Nicely arranged and great access to the beach.
