- Extensive interior and exterior renovations have just been completed! This North Litchfield Beach home has everything to make your vacation complete - a private pool, hot tub (fees apply), elevator, pool table, shuffleboard table, cornhole game, an enclosed outdoor shower, 2 refrigerators, wine cooler, stand-alone ice maker, front screened porch, back screened porch, large sun deck, and more! Only a 3-minute walk to the desirable and prestigious sandy shores of North Litchfield Beach. The home is set up to accommodate 14 guests. The elevator is only accessible from the ground level/carport to the first floor of the home; it does not serve the second level of the home.
