At the base of Pauanui mountain on the edge of a large beachfront reserve, this family friendly holiday-home has surf and sand at your fingertips. Welcome to Beach Road Beauty!  
  
Stroll back from a surf or swim and rinse off under the outdoor shower. Relax on the shade filled patio, fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco.  
  
Sleep with the sound of the nearby waves and awake to a home brewed Nespresso coffee.  
  
This two-bedroom, two-bathroom accommodation sleeps up to five people over two floors.   
  
Amenities include wi-fi and smart TV, full kitchen, laundry facilities, and some board games.  
  
Located adjacent to a similar dwelling on the same section, there is parking available off-street down the shared driveway.  
  
With the expansive reserve lawn stretched out behind the dwelling there is ample space for beachside cricket or throwing around a frisbee. Pauanui cafes and convenience stores are a 15-minute walk or short drive away.
