- Our Villa overlooks the bay of Roses and it is located in a small residential village 7 minutes away from downtown Roses its beaches, entertainment, restaurants.
Very modern, the 150 m2 air-conditioned villa is surrounded by a wooded parkland, fenced in and maintained by a gardener
South oriented, facing the sea and the terraces. the open-plan kitchen (with a dining room in the patio) is very well equipped and opens to the terraces that have garden table and chairs.
The villa also has a summer kitchen with barbecue, garden table, and chairs.
