We had all the amenities of an apartment with the services that a hotel provides. The location couldn't have been better on Rue Marechal Joffre with its lovely shops and restaurants.(Highly recommend Resto di Vin) It is a half-block from Place Clemenceau with its carousel and fountain, a block from the Monoprix, and two blocks from the Blvd. Pyrenees. Surprisingly, with all the activities right outside our door, the apartment was very quiet at night. Overal the apart-hotel was very nice. Excellent downtown location. Staff were very friendly. We opted to have the breakfast addition for 13ish euro per person per day, for the convenience but I was a little disappointed by the selection. It was a mostly cold buffet, but I would have liked more breads or cheese/cold meats. For the breakfast if you want any milk, you need to specifically ask for it. In the room, they gave us a coffee machine (odd capsules) but no tea. Plenty of crockery in the kitchen. Bedding was clean and we had an optional 2nd pillow each. Bed was comfy as well. Room was a good size as well.
