### Dach-Ferienwohnung - Holiday apartments in Patzig auf Rügen

The 55m² apartment is located in the main house and has a separate entrance. In the Hochparterre there is in the hall a wardrobe and the stairs into the attic. Here are the living room, the separate kitchen, the double bedroom and the bathroom. The spacious living room has a 3-seater couch, a 2-seater couch, an armchair a sofa bed and a TV. From here you enter the bedroom with double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, water cooker etc. as well as a dining area. The bathroom has both a shower and a bath.  
  
Very close and yet quite remote. If you are looking for peace and quiet, you will find it in our apartments in Patzig and is still close to the happenings in the Baltic Sea baths and the St��rtebeker festivals. Centrally located on Rügen, you can reach all places in just a few minutes. The top floor apartment is located in the main house and has living room, double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and bath. The duplex apartment with its own terrace is located on the property of the landlord and extends over two floors. In the lower floor there is a room, which is open to the hallway and in which the pantry kitchen and the dining area integrate as well as the bathroom. On the upper floor are the living room and the two bedrooms. On the property not only can the car park, but also grilled on the terrace, played in the garden and the dogs are allowed to run free.
