Entering from the automatic gate, you walk along a long avenue surrounded by flourishing ornamental vegetation that reaches the large parking lot next to the house. The villa has a beautiful living room, finely furnished and air-conditioned, from which you can admire a beautiful sea view thanks to the modern French windows that give brightness to the entire room, here there is also a beautiful kitchen equipped with every accessory including a dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms, all with bathrooms. From the living room you reach the beautiful rear porch that overlooks the sea of ​​San Gregorio, from where you can admire the beauty of the uncontaminated nature of the countryside almost as if it were embracing the blue of the sea. Beautiful sunsets form the backdrop to this breathtaking setting. Finally, enclosed by thick vegetation and in a private position, there is the splendid pool area surrounded on all four sides by a natural teak parquet. Please note that the pool is not exclusive, but can be shared in some periods with guests of 2 other accommodations within the estate for a maximum of 6 people. Maximum capacity of the pool is 12 people including guests of TENUTA TRECCANI. The property is located about 2 km from the marina of San Gregorio and Torre Vado and is an excellent choice for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a holiday dedicated to relaxation and well-being.
