Solo stay at @White Patong Hotel
Check in was quick. Room is clean. Staff were friendly. Hotel is 3mins walk to Jungceylon mall and the nightlife area. Amenities nearby include massage parlour just opposite to hotel, eateries and minimart were nearby as well. A little noisy at night from the pubs can be heard. Downside to the hotel is that it does not have an elevator. So for those with family / luggages, it might not really be suitable.

The staff is amazing. Price is amazing. They will fix your ac, serve food at the restaurant. Very friendly. However, the hallways are not exactly echo proof made of porcelain tile. The people staying at this hotel are the noisiest and drunkest people from 12am-6am, yelling. Unless you have the best noise canceling headphones, you will not get any sleep. Don't expect to get any sleep! And the construction begins at 8am. Your significant other will not be impressed at staying at this hotel longterm.

Hotel on Soi Sansubai and close to Walking Street. The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel doesn't have an elevator so you have to take the stairs.

stayed here in nov 2018. nice friendly staff, good food and comfortable rooms. some people complain about no elevators, but it didn't bug me one bit. the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and some bars, and just down the street on bangla road are all the bars, dance clubs, strip clubs, street food court and past all that is the beach. all that fun just down one street. when i comeback, i'll be staying here again. also, if you don't like hearing loud music until 4am from down the road, this isn't the hotel for you. i slept like a baby. the only thing i didn't like, was not being able to flush TP down the toilet, you had to put it in plastic bags and put in the trash or the toilet would clog. luckily they have plungers in the rooms. lol

This hotel is a first rate experience. The staff is quick to respond to any needs and is very accommodating. Not to mention, the location is prime if you can tolerate a bit of noise from Bangla Road. Overall, a fantastic value for the stay.

Overall all good, but the extra bed not so bad. Need to improve, no refill for coffee and tea on my second day. The receptionist very friendly, place a little bit noisy because near to bangla street.

Ridiculous Staff, No Lift, Bad AC in my Room
No doubt, The Hotel was clean and Location is prime. But but it has really a Ridiculous staff, No Lift in hotel and Bad AC in my room. We checked in around 7 PM at night. and Receptionist told us as that there is no booking on your name until he took 1 hour to figure out from my booking no. that I have booked from Hotel.com. They told us to take a room on floor 5 and told there is no lift!! ... What ?? We told him that one of our friend cannot climb upto 5 floor so it will not be possible to take 5th floor. We are still standing in reception waiting for a room. Until we asked to make a call to Manager. Manager helped us to get another room on second floor, which was ok, but they were not ready to give another bed as we were 3 persons and it was expected to have 3 beds in Room. We are still standing in the reception.then suddenly they arranged as a bed as we requested to Manager. Finally we got the room after 2 hours. Because Air conditioner was not working fine, we were not able to sleep and finally we checkout at 7 AM to take another room. Receptionist also made a racist comment by saying we are indians thats why we dont take room on floor 5.

Prime location, close to everywhere
Pros: Location - Close to everything. Directly across the street from Bangla walking street (3 mins walk) so it's easy to locate. Patong beach is just right after Bangla street (8 mins walk). 5 mins walk to Banzaan market and Junceylon shopping centre. Hotel is located right in the middle of a street with nice food, 7/11, family mart, motorbike rentals, stores and massage place. Tour booth just right outside entrance. We stayed for 3 nights here. Staff is friendly. A/C runs well and cool. Cleanliness in room is good, no signs of bed bugs. Hotel restaurant food is a must-try (especially their pad thai). We got a small but cozy room. Cons: No elevator. We got our room on 5th floor (pic 11&12 on expedia) and had to climb the stairs everyday. Wifi kept disconnecting every few hours for iphone, but runs at decent speed. It gets VERY windy in the night and the windows wont stop banging as it's loose, makes it hard to sleep (not sure about other rooms). However, just insert a pack of tissue paper and the banging would stop. Room is not very soundproof as you could hear musics from the street. It's not a big problem to us, would still recommend as it's good value for money!

Affordable central accomodation in bangla road.
Close to everything central location, excellent for a couple traveling on a budget. Comfortable rooms, noisy room if your facing the street but thats to be expected in this location. Great cafe downstairs handy for when you wanted dinner at night without leaving hotel.

You get what you paid for.
It was equal to what I expected for. The location in right in the heart of Patong's nightlife. You go there to sleep after the party and before the hangover. Very descent room, no luxury. Bathroom has the necessary. No elevator, only one lock on the door knob, no secondary lock. Check-out at 11h, it is a bummer.

My stay at @White Patong
A hotel which is very near to the shopping centre (Jungceylon) [less than 5minutes walk]. It is also near the nightlife area (at night, you can hear quite a bit of music). Hotel has no lifts, so it is quite inconvenient for those who require to use the lift. Has a restaurant at its lobby if one does not want to eat out. Wifi is available daily (username and password changed every 15hours) which is quite inconvenient. Hotel also has also collaborated with a massage place just opposite, so hotel guests can expect to get a massage at 15% discount. For solo or couple travellers, this is a decent place to stay.

Water drainage seems to be choked. Water would flood the bathroom. Was rushed to checkout. After having a rough night, my friend and i would love to more rest in the hotel but was rushed to check out at 12pm despite telling the staff that we will pay for checking out late.

No frills hotel
It's a no frills hotel. I don't have anything to complain about it except the poor airconditioner. Beyond that, there's free wifi and it is so close to everything it's a really good place to stay. Will recommend it to friends and family. Just ask for a room with good airconditioning!

PROS: Location is great for partying and nightlife Staff is friendly and engaging Rooms kept clean Cheap prices CONS: Rooms are dated and in desperate need of remodel. Although the rooms are clean, they can appear dirty due to the age and condition of property Mattress is as comfortable as sleeping on the floor No elevator AC was not functioning well Furnishings and linens are worn Can be a little noisy at night due to proximity to clubs and nightlife This place definitely caters to the party goers, travelers on a budget and those interested in making new friends for the evening. Not a place for family travel. Only stayed one night because of discomfort of bed and AC. If you are interested in saving money or only partying/meeting bar girls, this is the place for you. If you value comfort and luxury looks elsewhere. With some minor upgrades this place would be much better. The staff are great people, but can only work with the resources they have.

Hotel in bad shape, however, close to beach
Pros- close to beach, right in heart of all the action, bang la street. Sitting near the window would let you see the scene of bang la road right from your room Cons- no elevator, was given a room at 5th floor, not bellboy to take our luggage to the room, had to carry our bags all the way. I even requested for a low floor room and i was told there isnt a room available, however, i did see a room available on 4th floor and I expected to climb 1 floor less. Bathroom door didn't lock. Refrigerator had opened water bottles. I requested for a king bed however, 2 single beds were combined to make one, which brings in an elevation in middle, making it difficult to sleep, also the mattress had springs coming out.
