Property is very old, beds are as hard as a rock, staff are rude and unhelpful, swimming pool makes your skin & clothes turn yellow, spa is cold. Bed makes a lot of noise and makes for a terrible sleep

I cannot rate TOO harshly because I knew what I was getting into when booking it and seeing the reviews. I do think many of the poor reviews are from people thinking they were getting some resort property. However, with that being said, the pictures posted by the property are not a good representation, check out google maps street view for a more realistic image. We loved that it was so close to Patong Beach as we are young and love the business and accessibility to bars, restaurants, etc. However we found it odd that the hotel has an entire separate building down an alley, which seemed to be empty other than the rooftop pool. When the front desk lady showed us to where it is, I was very confused as to what was going on there. Anyways, my biggest gripe about my stay was the fact that we, quite literally, woke up in pain each morning as the “mattresses”, are box springs. I am not one to stay in the hotel a lot on vacation, but a comfortable bed is a must and by my last night, I was almost in (happy) tears thinking about sleeping in a different bed. The best part of this property is the distance to the beach, and the nice woman with glasses that was at the front desk for most of our stay. I have also never had to wait while they inspect my room before check out, but I guess since they didn’t have us put down a credit card at check in, this is somewhat fair. The elevator also was out for part of our trip which would have been frustrating if we had to carry our bags up and down.

Motel was central to beach, shopping and dining. The room was in B building which housed the pool though didn't get to use. Thankfully had an elevator and the room had a safe which was not secured to wall and it went into alarm when I tried to set code. There was coffee no tea making facility provided and the bathroom was a shower over bath which is a worry as there was no shower curtain and water splashed onto very shiny tile floor, onto the toilet including the t/paper but the water pressure was constant and hot. One tiny soap was provided and there was a pump bottle of something possibly shower gel but not sure as it was on the sink thus thought was hand wash and if needed to shave there was no plug for the sink to do so. The king bed was very firm and the single was plank hard. Overall the room was ok and quiet but overpriced for what you get.

Nice place to stay. Only issue was the rooms are on various levels and u have to carry your bags. Eg. My room was on level 2, had to catch the lift to level 4 then Dow the stairs to level 2. With 2 big bags. Total inconvenience. Our room was nice and clean. Only stayed 1 night so didn't use any of the facilities

The hotel front shown when you book is not the property that you stay at, it’s the hotel down the street. Reception is basically in a 7/11. The building we stayed in is next door in an alley way with zero security and the door is always open(propped open). Our safe didn’t work. Beds were super uncomfortable and hard. Phuket in general is a huge let down and this hotel didn’t make it any better. We left a day early.

It is close to the beach and an easy walk to restaurants and shops. They have a pool on the roof of a nearby building. There is a hot tub on the roof that does not work. There was no hot water the first couple of days. They sent a repair crew to fix it and they tore out the bathroom wall leaving me without a bathroom and getting construction dust on everything. They eventually moved me to another room. The staff is young and friendly but not as helpful as you could hope for.

Only location is good not much rest. Weird smell was coming in the bedroom. Main safety issue was sharp chips coming put in the spa and my daughter cut her foot finger with it and we didnt use spa again. Also lock never worked. Technician came 2 to fix and claimed it fixed but was never fixed and he never came back. Toilet paper holder fell and reported few times but no one came to fix it. At check out time they bring out old towel and said we stained it with food and they cant clean it and charged 500bahts. We never had any food in the room and towel was too old and we never had that towel in our room but they said they will deduct from our deposit never believed us. Overall very poor service.

Perfect!
Great stay here. The staff were all friendly (especially Ling and Aria), my room was big, spacious and clean. It even had a bath! The location was perfect too, 5 mins to Patong beach one way, Bangla Road and the town 5/10 mins the other way. Would recommend! The only "downside" would be that the air conditioning machines on the balconies are noisy, and the curtains aren't blackout (very sheer!) so you might need an eye mask if you prefer pitch black. It was fine for me though. I'd stay again 😊

Very nice room with a nice bed. Nice view outside the room. Negative is the shower doesn’t hold any temperature. It cycles from hot to cold and will not stay the same temperature. The room was very nice.
