arrived at the ramaburin resort greeted by the porter with a big smile instantly, helping as getting the bags from the van, then for the check in what shocked me was a very different welcome then the happy porter, the lady doing the check in at front reception desk i found to be abrupt and could speak very little english i just checked in and brushed it off that she was having a bad day.
however when any of my family or myself pass through front desk we found them to be very unfriendly and unwelcoming except for the porter who always smiles and gives little nod of his head, we found with staff on the front desk to be unapproachable and unable to speak english, so if we needed anything or for any question we would ask the staff in the restaurant who are the completely opposite to front desk, though their english too wasn't great they tried hard, all staff in restaurant are fantastic couldn't ask for better service and for the cleaners cleaning room 1005 and 1006 thank you for the good job everyday.
the hotel it self is great we enjoyed our stay , it is a small report but has everything you need , nice modern and well pointed rooms, the pool was great,
the hotel was only a very short walk to the beach and short walk to the markets.
i would recommend the resort and stay again myself but the hotel could invest in a lot more training and coaching to the staff at the front end of there business at front reception desk.
