### Patong sea view studio- condo with pool, parking

Escape to a hillside oasis just moments from the vibrant energy of Patong. Consisting of two individual eight-storey buildings next to the communal pool and a sun deck, the Condo is overlooking Patong city and the Andaman Sea.   
Lots of local restaurants/cafes and bars within 5-10 minutes walk and the beach area is about 20 minutes along streets lined with myriad shops, eateries and massage places. We recommend renting a bike or a car to fully enjoy the area. Patong Boxing Stadium, Bangla Road, Phuket Simon Cabaret, Jungceylon Shopping Mall and Banzaan fresh Market are just within a short 5 mins drive.  
The studio includes:  
\- queen-size bed  
\- en-suite bathroom  
\- refrigerator, microwave and electric kettle  
\- a TV with cable channels  
\- sea view balcony - perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation  
\- air-conditioning  
Guests have access to shared Wi-Fi provided by the condo, though please note the connection isn't reliable or high-speed.  
For bookings over 4 weeks electricity usage is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht/kw according to the meter readings. Please turn off the ACs and all the lights when you leave the apartment.   
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.  
Late check in is available on request free of charge.

#### waste of money

there was no kitchen as advertised, the water did not get hot, there was a lot of filth and broken items throughout. The pictures are old and very misleading. The "mattress" was nothing more than a thin pad that was only about 1.2 cm thick on top of a box spring. This made it feel like you were just sleeping on the hard ground. I left and paid for a hotel instead of staying here.
