This large property is within a five minute walking distance to the sea and is located amongst a calm residential area not far from local shops and restaurants. The blue house has a pretty terrace with a panoramic view of the sea. It has 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a fitted kitchen. The green house has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 equipped independent kitchen, along with a mini-bar and a balcony with sea landscape views. Depending on your desires you can choose between several outdoor living spaces including: A spacious barbecue area with a pizza oven and dining area that overlooks a garden with trees and flowers. This would be the perfect spot to relax in a hammock in the afternoon. A spacious terrace with two living spaces. The first where you can meet for a drink or take a nap in the shade. The second having a large table for sharing dinners with friends.
