1 open bedroom on a pedestal with box spring bed, wardrobe, TV (can be separated from the living area by a blackout curtain)  
1 spacious bathroom with shower and toilet  
large open kitchen-living room with dining area, corner couch with sleeping function (1.40 × 2.00 m), dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, convection oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, basic kitchen equipment, Senseo pad and filter coffee machine, etc.  
If required, an electric grill, sun loungers, parasols, etc. can be provided!  
  
The apartment is equipped with current fire protection detectors.  
There is a free outdoor parking space directly at the property.  
Towel set and bed linen are included for the number of people booked.  
Children’s travel beds (1.20×0.60m up to max.15kg body weight) and high chairs are available free of charge if you register in advance.
