Very friendly helpful staff always on hand. The hotel was in a great location for my needs and the room and bathroom I was allocated was excellent. Housekeeping kept the room and bathroom really clean during my stay, I will stay here again.

We stayed at Il Gabbiano whilst attending a family wedding at Castillo Borgia. The location was perfect, we could walk to the castle if needs be and very near to shuttle guests. The staff at Il Gabbiano were fantastic, really friendly and helpful. The pool was great. The rooms were clean - maybe could do with a bit better shower but over all good value. The restaurant and pizzeria were excellent. We had a wonderful 5 days thanks to Gianni and his staff. Would recommend.

Great pool and lovely pizzeria
The rooms were fairly basic but clean, staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely and the pizzeria was wonderful, perfect overnight stop on the way to southern Italy

Great staff, very friendly. We had a Superior family room which was really big and spacious with a massive bathroom. We are there too and food was good. The pool had a diving board which went down great with the kids. Would definitively stay there again.

La struttura è ben collegata alle infrastrutture stradali, garantendo però, un'adeguata distanza tale da rendere il soggiorno tranquillo e senza rumori disturbanti. La piscina ed il solarium sono spaziosi e ben mantenuti. I locali dell'albergo sono ampi, ben puliti e molto accoglienti. Il personale è stato molto gentile, cordiale e sempre disponibile ad ogni eventualità e/o richiesta.

Una notte e via sul Trasimeno
Location grande probabilmente costruita negli anni 70/80 e da allora .il tempo s'è fermato. La camera che ci è capitata molto semplice con due finestre: una che dava sul corridoio comune che conduceva alle camere e l altra, quella del bagno, s affacciava direttamente su di un balcone comune . Pertanto per entrambe le stanze si è costretti a stare con le tapparelle abbassate . Il titolare con la sua simpatia ed il suo bel modo di fare fa apprezzare dove ti trovi.

Camera molto grande e pulita, abbiamo usufruito della piscina molto bella, i lettini però erano un po' vecchiotti e polverosi. C'è la spiaggia di Torretta molto vicina ma conviene comunque prendere la macchina. La colazione era ottima con dolci fatti in casa

Abbiamo dimenticato i documenti di identita' e dopo 24h sono arrivati a casa .Tutto il personale e' stato gentilissimo.La colazione ottima,con torte fatte in casa e la cena nel ristorante pizzeria buonissima.ottima qualita' prezzo

Punto di forza la piacina
Hotel di passaggio non adatto ad una vacanza. La piscina è un punto di forza assieme alla buona colazione. La pulizia delle stanze lascia molto a desiderare..peli nel bagno, capelli nelle lenzuola per fare qualche esempio.le stanze del corpo centrale vista lago sono discrete, hanno un bel terrazzo e sono ampie. Le stanze distaccate sopra alla piscina hanno una misera finestra sul corridoio di accesso alle stesse, impossibili da tenere aperte a meno di non essere esibizionisti.

hotel molto carino con una buona posizione
abbiamo soggiornato solo 2 notti in questo hotel ci hanno dato una camera spaziosa (eravamo in quattro) pulita con facile accesso alla piscina molto ben tenuta e attrezzata con bar aperto l'intera giornata, la colazione era varia e abbondante.Unico neo il ristorante decisamente caro ed è per questo che i successivi pasti di pranzo e cena li abbiamo consumati fuori dall'albergo.Peccato...( per il proprietario dell'albergo che non ha servito e quindi incassato ben otto pasti!)
