This inviting vacation apartment is wonderfully located near a sandy beach and in the village of Pa.

This inviting vacation apartment is wonderfully located near a sandy beach and in the village of Pa?man, on the island of the same name. Leisure activities include the outdoor pool, barbecue, four bicycles, billiards, table tennis and children's play area. There are three restaurants nearby, with which the owner has arranged delivery service to the house. The nearby sandy beach offers plenty of bathing fun, where you can also enjoy a coffee or an ice cream. We certainly recommend a visit to the old town of Zadar, which is rich in cultural and historical sights as well as the wonders of modern architecture.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2024. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to three pets are allowed. Outdoor heated pool on site shared with other guests.

Sehr geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Haus. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nähe zum Strand ist herrlich! Gute Restaurants in Laufnähe. Pool für Kinder genial. Ruhige Lage.
