Those staff that are available are limited and only available to other job dedicated task services. I arrived on a Friday night around 9.30 pm and due to no reception services had to self check-in remotely and use the instructions for room access. I found this to be a very straight forward procedure as the country club provides customers with an excellent whattsapp video instruction to follow. I was however, unable to dine as staff informed me that the bar / restaurant had closed at 9.00 pm.
