Not impressed with restaurant this was the only time I have used and was disappointed especially with the Main course .resto staff fine Reception, location ,room’s ,bar,parking ,excellent Been many times over the years probably 2/3 times a Year Guy with beard on reception exceptional

Wonderful stop over on our road trip. Beautiful neighborhood and a short 25min walk to town and the seaside. Dog friendly and lovely area for dog walk. Restaurant was nice! Would definitely come back.

Over Night Stop
This was a stop over to get to the tunnel on our way home. So it was just a bed for the night. Very helpful staff and it was clean and good size room.

Nice hotel. Pricey Breakfast for the quality.
Nice hotel. Breakfast was not too great and, therefore, a little expensive as regards to 'value for money'. Electric car charging and parking. Chargers are available through Rossini Energy APP. I couldn't find Rossini Energy - anywhere.

Do not bother staying here....
on checking in we found the staff pleasant although found it strange we had to book a table for the restaurant, as it was only a third full when we sat down at 8 pm. The room was dated and tied but clean. It was booked for 3 adults but only had two cups, two milks and 4 pillows. I went to reception to ask for more milk and pillows and was advised the housekeeping had gone home taking the keys with them !!! I asked could I get milk from elsewhere within the hotel and was advised to get it from the bar. I was then informed I would be charged....... When arriving at the restaurant we were offered the table next to the door which we declined and then was offered another table. We waited half an hour for our order to be taken and our food then arrived 1 hour 15 minutes after was sat down. We saw other customers complaining as all sorts of mistakes were being made - such as main courses coming out before starters, one person having their food and the 15 minutes later the other guest at the table having theirs. When we tried our food the Salmon was over cooked and dry, the peppers were not seasoned and the pasta was cold. By this time we were beyond hungry and were very unhappy. There was no manager or deputy manager on site and the most senior person was the chef - who was unexperienced. I would understand if the restaurant was full .... but the menus was a set one with two options for each course and it was not cheap. HOTEL A MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT AND OVERPRICED. WHAT A LET DOWN!

Lovely hotel/break- friendly/inexperienced waiters
All was really good… as previous visits but:- 1. breakfast room is just too small with too small servery therefore crowded & short on variety of food 2. This visit - service in the restaurant was poor as 1/2 inexperienced waiters was just not good enough - pleasant friendly personnel but lacked experience and attention to detail .. needed guidance and additional persons Sorry but true .. but lovely break in lovely hotel 👍🙏👋

Great find
Very good hotel with excellent staff. Enjoyed stopover on way to south west France. Reasonably priced for the area. Highly recommend the hotel, both as stopover and for longer stay.

Stopover
Our stay was a one night stopover, travelling back from Spain to the UK. The parking was very easy, the Receptionist was very polite and organised on check-in and we found the overall hotel experience positive. My only slight negative comment would be that the bedroom was dated but bathroom very clean and modern.

Often stay here and a super hotel. Unfortunately due to restaurant closure due to Covid-19 no hot food at all for us so the only disappointment. Very limited snack cold menu

Best Western v Najeti.
Have stayed at this hotel many many times over a lot of years. Preferred when it used to be Best Western. The staffing level falls short. The bar and reception are often unmanned. Dress code on staff in restaurant is a bit relaxed. To be fair there is nothing really wrong with the hotel, it just seems to be less professional. There is no air conditioning so if you sleep with the windows open, be prepared to be kept awake by the nearby disco from midnight in till 04.00. The bathrooms are of good condition, but no anti slip mats are provided for the bath/shower and no handrail to help climb in, so anyone of a certain age may find it unsteady.Would I return? Doubtful.

Arrived at midnight after a very long drive. Both Reception & Bar staff were excellent. Not the first time I’ve stayed here ant it won’t be the last. Breakfast variety was great and plenty of it too

Set in a very quiet and pleasant location. Very relaxing. However our room was rather "tired" with a very stained carpet and a rickety wardrobe. Nevertheless, we will be back!

CLEAN ROOM BUT VERY SURLY RUDE RECEPTIONIST
The hotel itself was clean, but very tired. The entrance had lots of loose block paving stones and very easy to trip over them, saw many guests stumble as they walked over them into the main entrance. The desk admin man was very curt, rude and even short with us when we asked what time the restaurant opened. He didnt even give us chance to ask anything else he simply said immediately, THE RESTAURANT IS FULL, YOU SHOULD HAVE BOOKED IF YOU WANTED THE RESTAURANT. Really curt, really rude and unhelpful. We asked if there were any nice places to eat in town and his response was, I dont know, but our restaurant is full. Very unhelpful, very rude and to be honest he tarnished the stay we had there. The room was clean and tidy, but noisy. Guests were outside at a table until very late at night drinking and talking and the sound carried quite loudly up to our first floor room when the balcony door was open (because it was soooo hot in the room). Sadly I wont be staying there again Im sorry to say. The staff member at the front desk really really put me off with his surly attitude to us as if we were somehow annoying to him and in his way.

Excellent secluded location. Many rooms have a terrace or a balcony overlooking the grounds. Well-maintained public rooms; however, our room had scuffed paint, very stained carpets, ill-fitting wardrobe doors. A pity, because we always look forward to coming here!

Having last used this hotel when it was part of the Best western group, we were very disappointed at the current level of operation. We entered the foyer to find small children riding cycles around the marble floored reception area, accompanied by remotely controlled toy cars whizzing around the same place. Reception desk unmanned until a woman stood up from her chair amongst a group of what wss obviously her friends, and came to the desk. No greeting, a sullen appearance, pushed a form towards us, "Fill that in " key pushed at us, and she walked back to her seat with friends. Unbelievable. Whole hotel cold, huge room with tiny radiator in which we slept with jumpers on. Went down to the bar, nobody serving, had to go to find a staff member. A little later, together with other guests we had to search again for a bar person who returned to the bar after an absence of at least 15 minutes, to the disgust of all the waiting guests, however, the following morning our departure ptocess was dealt with by a smartly dressed, polite and friendly young man. That was the only pleasant.aspect of our stay. Very difficult to understand the decline in overall quality and performance of this beautifully locared hotel since it was taken over by the current oprrators. Never again.

Great Location
Have stayed at Hotel previously. Hotel in great location, quite and ideal for visiting local area. Clean tidy and staff very helpful. Restaurant could be a bit more adventurous, we tend to eat out at local cafes and restaurants which have a more diverse menu. Other than that, nice place to stay.
