After a great day of fishing, take advantage of the fish cleaning sink on the back side of the house.
We are new to renting and have just finished with a lot of the remodeling of the downstairs area, with some still remaining, but want to give everyone the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of what we call, “our little piece of heaven”.

My husband and i stayed a couple nights. Very nice and relaxing.if you want to get away this is definitely a great place to stay. Mr Paul was very helpful with everything.
This place was awesome! So quiet and peaceful. Beds were comfy and the views were amazing! We're not fisherman but you can fish right off the deck. Cannot wait to go back.
It was clean and has everything you need. Great front porch to drink your morning coffee and look at the water. Also got lots of visits from the ducks and turtles. Will definitely go back.
Property manager was helpful more than he needed to be. Even tipped me off on good fishing spots in the area. My two boys had a great time fishing from the deck around the house. Anything you need is within a close drive. Tried to go ahead and book a return trip but couldn’t find a opening. There’s a reason it’s booked out. Great place
It is a studio apartment-type inside. Outside is a deck right on the water. Great place to relax and enjoy the water, scenery, marina and friendly folks. Parsons and Perryville area are full of friendly and pleasant people and businesses.
Overall it's a great place. Very comfortable, everything we needed, great covered porch, decent fishing right off the porch. Host was responsive. Description is not accurate because it says it's a one bedroom with a kitchen but it's a studio with a refrigerator and some shelves for the coffee, coffee pot, plates, etc. that were provided. There is a microwave and toaster oven but I expected at least a kitchenette. But, none of that detracted from the stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!
This was an older home that has been remodeled and updated. It does have an upstairs that is not part of the rental. The rental space is downstairs only and made into a studio apt that has been subdivided from the rest of the unit. It is a very quaint location looking directly at the marina and you are on the water. It is great for reading, peace and quiet. There is a TV with a firestick, so movies are readily available. The check in process was quick and easy. My only suggestions / precautions to the property is there is very little lighting. Some areas did make me nervous to walk thru. I did wish there was a sink in the kitchenette, we had to use the small bathroom sink for any rinsing and washing. The living area was different. It has 2 pull out couches and one full size bed. One of the couches are not shown in the pics and it is butted against the bed. If that couch was removed, a larger bed could be used. Also keep in mind, that the house is older, it is built with wood that sits on water, so it does have that older house smell. For the price and the accommodation, it really is a great unit and we would return.
We had an amazing time here. Relaxing, fishing, and enjoying the peace and quiet. Before she could even change out of her PJs, my daughter caught a 13lber right off the dock.
We enjoyed this property a lot. We will be coming back!
We wanted to get out of the city and explore the region, and this made for a great base. The unit is cozy, the bathroom is clean and modern (with great shower pressure), and the full fridge and microwave meant we could bring all the supplies we needed to have all our meals on the lovely patio. The water is so lovely and peaceful! Would definitely return to enjoy all the great state and national parks in the region.
