Actually went to the room and checked it when I checked out to make sure I didn't do anything bad before they gave me my $20 back. The facility is really run down and not taken care of at all. The area and lobby are full of junk that looks like an ebay staging area."

"It is in a busy road with 1 entrance and exit so plan accordingly to get in and out of parking lot. Over all stay was good. The beds are extremely higher than normal. But was a nice quick temporary stay "

"Possibly the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had in my entire life. The room was an absolute nightmare. Checking in was also a nightmare, had to go back to reception to get new keys three times to ultimately have to get a manager so they could try their universal key to see that it would not unlock. My favorite part, though of our stay had to be the fact that they did not have any towels in the room or on the property."

"We got in late, no one was there, but it was still seemless check in. The rooms had everything one needed. Also the rooms were set up good! Parking was easy, little sports bar next door was open late, so we got lucky. If ever in Tyler again, we would stay here for sure"
