"Spotless"

"We have friends locally so our time spent in the hotel was minimal and didn't use the pool or gym if there is one. It's very clean and our room was calm and spacious, though because it is a big complex, it felt like a long walk just to get to the path or beach, but other rokms face the pool and are more central. It's generally well maintained and you can see staff working around the site but there were still areas that are overlooked, like woodwork in the bathroom. It's not a deal breaker as it was very nice. My major gripe was an incredibly rude member of staff in the restaurant and i refused to go in afterwards as Rota has plenty of places to eat and drink; his behavior caused me to spend my money elsewhere because of him tutting and blowing his disapproval at us. It was however, one person, and most staff were pleasant and friendly. "

"Management is outstanding, respond very promptly to any requests, very friendly and treat you like family. Apartment is really clean, very safe, and building is very clean and modern. Within a 5 minute walk to the beach and all the coolest restaurants. Home away from home. Definitely coming back ! "

"This property was completely not as expected. It was not as described. The beds are advertised as double but they basically are single beds and one of us ended up sleeping on the couch the shade in the front room facing the street does not work so that means light in the morning and noise at night absolutely no communications with the property owner or management. We left the first night and they don't want to refund us the money for the remaining nights we never use due to horrible conditions. "

"Excellent location. Beds extremely uncomfortable. Lobby had a foul odor. Happy to have washing machine and lovely balcony for drying clothes and enjoying the view. Directions were poor. Just Google Bar Bahia and know that you must position car on yellow line for parking gate to open. We were given a key fob to the “garage” and finally realized it was a surface lot. Beach chairs and towels would have been nice. We were only given 1 towel each, for a 5 night stay. 2nd bathroom nice to have but only a toddler would fit on that toilet . Suggest that StayCare provide written instructions, in English for parking . "
