We will also arrange all excursions/activities/tours with reputable companies in the area, provide a link for grocery delivery, and make reservations at any restaurant. Just 300 meters away is a great restaurant to walk to and Guests are about 5 minutes from other shopping, restaurants, banks, supermarkets of Parrita-Puerto Neuvo. Guests will meet with an Osa Property Management / Costa Rica Las Villas Representative for check-in. Exact location will be shared once the reservation is confirmed. The home is completely private with no shared spaces. Any type of vehicle can arrive to the property without problem. Our Concierge Team from Epic Costa Rica Tours will assist you lining up a private shuttle, rental vehicle or even in-country airline tickets. The property is 2.5 hours from San Jose International airport (airport code SJO) and only 35 minutes from Quepos regional/domestic airport. Due to development laws in Costa Rica there are very few homes in the country that are this close to the beach. The well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare your own food - or have our Concierge Team line up a private chef for you, and to prepare the food for you. There are three bedrooms: 1) King-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning. 2) Bedrooms #2 and #3 each have a queen size bed, with a single bed trundle under the queen beds. Was the perfect house for hosting my family of 8\. The pool was nice for the young and old, and the beach was right across the street. Close to Parrita for groceries and other amenities. Close enough to Quepos for daily adventures and tours there as well. Bedrooms were nice and big, with enough bathroom space to host a group our size. Concierge Gary was great and was very helpful as this was our first Costa Rica trip.
