    The house is divided into 2 apartments, which can be rented together or separately according to your needs. It is 3 km from Arriondas, on the Fito road, in a very quiet area with few houses nearby—an ideal setting to relax and unwind.



    You can stroll around the area or enjoy nature activities, as the surroundings are perfect for it. Arriondas is famous for canoeing in Asturias, and for mountain lovers, the house sits at the foot of the Sierra del Sueve, where you can follow beautiful trails and climb the famous Pico Pienzu, which offers panoramic views of the Cantabrian Sea on one side and the Picos de Europa on the other. Please note that the house is not located in a large urban center, but on the outskirts of Arriondas.
