"Foi quase tudo perfeito, o conforto do quarto, a vista da varanda, a gentileza da equipe de segurança, porém o atendimento via WhatsApp pela Angélica não foi bom, foi muito lento, eu fiquei horas no aeroporto somente esperando ela me mandar o endereço, eu pedia e além da demora em responder ela não me mandava, quase ficava sem bateria no telefone esperando por ela, quase fico sem ir pra lugar algum."

My only complaint is that I was turned away with a small group of 3 friends that were going to rest during the carnival for an hour or so. I was told that I was not allowed to have ANY guests in the apartment. This policy was not explicitly stated in the listing and it came as kind of a surprise and a disappointment. "
