### Villa Inke - Secluded Luxury

Située sur la magnifique île de Paros, la Villa Inke est un havre de paix niché au cœur de 5 200 m² de jardins paysagers, offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer, une intimité totale et de vastes espaces pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 10 personnes. Cette élégante propriété est idéale pour les familles ou les groupes d’amis en quête de confort, d’indépendance et de tranquillité dans un cadre méditerranéen préservé.  
  
La maison principale peut accueillir quatre personnes et comprend un salon lumineux et aéré donnant sur une grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer, ainsi que des espaces repas intérieurs et extérieurs, parfaits pour recevoir. La cuisine entièrement équipée, les toilettes invités et la buanderie assurent un confort quotidien, tandis que les deux chambres élégamment aménagées – chacune avec sa salle de bain privative – offrent intimité et accès direct à une terrasse ou un balcon. L’ensemble de la maison est doté de la climatisation, du chauffage et d’une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit via Skylink, et dispose d’un espace de stationnement privé.  
  
Indépendante de la maison principale, la maison d’amis accueille quatre personnes dans deux chambres confortables, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain. Les hôtes bénéficient ici de leur propre jardin privé avec vue sur la mer, d’un coin repas en plein air et d’une cuisine d’été entièrement équipée. Tout comme la maison principale, elle est équipée de la climatisation, du chauffage et du Wi-Fi, pour un séjour en toute autonomie.  
  
Le studio est un espace ouvert indépendant pouvant accueillir jusqu’à trois personnes. Il comprend un lit double, un lit simple, une salle de bain privative et un coin cuisine. Son espace extérieur privé, avec vue sur la mer, est idéal pour se détendre. Le studio dispose également de la climatisation et du Wi-Fi.  
  
Pour les moments de convivialité et de détente, la poolhouse propose un grand salon équipé de deux canapés-lits, un bar avec réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle et coin cuisson, ainsi qu’un espace repas spacieux pouvant accueillir jusqu’à dix personnes. Une salle d’eau avec douche, toilettes et lavabo complète ce lieu ouvert sur une vue spectaculaire sur la mer. Le point fort de la propriété est la piscine de 4 x 15 mètres, entourée d’une grande terrasse ensoleillée avec transats – parfaite pour profiter du soleil grec.  
  
La villa dispose également d’un terrain de pétanque, d’un lit bébé, d’une chaise haute et d’un parking sécurisé pouvant accueillir jusqu’à six véhicules, dont une place couverte. Pour un séjour sans souci, le ménage est effectué deux fois par semaine, les serviettes sont changées deux fois par semaine, et les draps une fois par semaine. Le jardin et la piscine sont également entretenus régulièrement.  
  
La Villa Inke offre un équilibre parfait entre confort, élégance et intimité dans l’un des plus beaux paysages de Paros – un lieu exceptionnel pour se ressourcer et créer des souvenirs inoubliables.
