It is part of a 5-residence complex built in 2024 with external insulation, located in the seaside village of Dryos. The property includes 60 sq.m. of outdoor spaces divided into three furnished terraces, as well as a pool area.  
Air conditioning and underfloor heating in all indoor spaces, along with a 15 sq.m. pool featuring an outdoor shower and sunbeds, create the ideal setting for any family looking to feel at home and unwind.  
The beach is just a 4-minute walk away, while shops and restaurants are all within a 5-minute radius!
