This very elegant bohemian villa is large and comfortable. It is set over three levels and 215 square meters, on a very large plot of land. The extensive grounds have a large BBQ area, a shared swimming pool, beautiful gardens and beautiful sea views. There is also a shaded dining area to enjoy throughout the day.

This home is part of a group that were built in keeping with the whitewashed local architecture while at the same time designed with a relaxed, absolutely contemporary feel in mind.

It has it’s very own shaded veranda with a large dining table as comfortable funky outdoors seating.

Indoors, the minimal white is offset by touches of wood. There is a very large living, dining and kitchen area with a breakfast bar and comfortable, chic furniture. The ambience continues in the bedrooms and bathrooms, all minimally and elegantly designed.

The kitchen is modern and fully-equipped. Essentials such as linen and towels are provided and changed regularly.

You will have access to a fully equipped and independent villa, with a access to a pool shared with the two neighboring villas.

As much or as little as you want. We are not always staying on the premises, however we are only a phone call/email for anything you need.

You are only 100m from the beautiful Xifara beach, 200m from Siparos restaurant and 200-300m from Lageri beaches. The famous Santa Maria surfing beach is also a few minutes away.

You are also just a 5-minute drive from the picturesque port of Naousa, with its whitewashed streets, bars, restaurants and shops.

There is a bus stop nearby, but we recomment that you hire a car/motorcycle/quad to better enjoy the island of Paros. There is free parking on the premises.
