From the reviews and what amenities were listed on Expedia, I expected more. I had to talk to a manager several times just to get basic needs met including a clean room and still, wasn’t really paid attention to. I also noticed there was a significant difference in how European travelers were treated vs. minority travelers which I do not stand for or accept. It seemed like the rules were enforced more on guests that fall under minorities while white guests were able to do what they wanted. I also witnessed a fight at the from desk between a staff member and a family checking in which I thought was unprofessional and showed the immaturity and lack of experience of staff.
