Hotel is nice and rooms are spacious. Staff is super friendly and competent. Location is also very good: close enough to the centre but located in a calm place. Personally, what I did not appreciate is having the toilet separated from the lavatory and having to change rooms (from the toilet closet to the bathroom) to wash hands.

Good clean hotel, located near the city center. Had a bit of issue with checkin as there was a big queue, but second desk was empty. But staff didn't help to speed up the checkin. Otherwise rest of stay was fine. Parking nearby streets were available.

Hotel had a lovely breakfast. The room was small but clean but our room did not have air conditioning. So check when you book during the hot summer months, we were fine as the breeze was nice in late May.

Perfect hotel for a one night stay. Was an easy 15mins bus ride from the airport to a stop 200m From the hotel and all public transport is free which was a bonus! Check in staff were lovely as were those in the restaurant. Very nice modern room with good amenities. Was only 10mins walk into the city so a great location all round and would have no hesitation in recommending

Staying at Novotel was a very disappointing experience. While the location is excellent, be aware that none of the rooms have air conditioning. This appears to be a well-known issue, as many guests have complained about it. When I reported the problem, I was told it would be fixed, but that never happened. Instead, they sent a small desk fan, which was nowhere near enough to keep the room comfortable. It was frustrating because it felt like they were aware of the issue but had no real solution. As a tourist, all you want after a long day is to relax and get a good night’s sleep in a comfortable room. Unfortunately, that wasn’t possible, so I decided to check out and move to the Sofitel instead.

The staff was great, especially Tom and Matteo at the front desk as well as the staff at the restaurant in the morning The breakfast buffet is a good way to start the day if you have kids.
