"Luogo molto rilassante immerso nella natura. Accoglienza fantastica, specie per la nostra cagnolina, che si è divertita un sacco giocando con i cani dei proprietari. I cani possono seguirvi in ogni lato della struttura, anche sotto l’ombrellone in piscina. Ottima colazione ricchissima che comprende anche dolci fatti in casa. Abbiamo cenato due volte in struttura ed era tutto buonissimo. Ci è sembrato di essere in famiglia. "

Beautiful Tuscan Villa with large garden and ample outside space

"We had an amazing stay at this villa! Everything exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The place was clean and very well taken care of, which made us feel comfortable right away. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to make meals. One of the highlights for us was the huge backyard, we were lucky to have great weather, so we spent a lot of time outside relaxing and enjoying the space. Communication with the host was excellent. Both Chris and Simon were very responsive and always quick to reply to any questions we had, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.One small thing to note is that it took a little while for the house to warm up. We probably should have packed slightly warmer clothes, but it didn’t take away from our stay at all.Overall, we had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"The room was very cold, and despite raising this with staff, I was initially told that the heating was functioning correctly. After complaining again, the heating was eventually turned on, which was appreciated; however, the unit was extremely loud and could not be used throughout the evening. The walls are also very thin, and noise from neighbouring rooms is easily heard. The room did not include any tea or coffee facilities, which I would consider a basic expectation for a four-star hotel. I also requested an iron but was informed that one was not available and that I would need to pay €5 for a shirt to be ironed instead. On a positive note, the breakfast was of good quality and the staff were very friendly. However, I would choose to stay at a different hotel on my next visit."

"We were looking for a quiet and tranquil location and this is it. Wonderful views from the magnificant gardens which surround the tastefully restored monastery. The exterior and interior have been tastefully renovated to the highest standard and our room was perfect. Yet the main contribution to our stay was the warmth and oustanding service that we received from the whole service team. We loved this hotel; we have travelled all around Europe and feel this is the best we have stayed in."

Each private room with its own bathroom made our stay comfortable and stress-free, and our guests were absolutely enchanted by the charm and beauty of the property. The olive grove, pizza oven, and pool provided charming activities and the group dining room brought guests together. The setting created the most magical atmosphere for our wedding celebration—romantic, authentic, and unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfect. We couldn’t have imagined a better place to host such a special occasion. Chiara is the perfect host and doubled as our coordinator. She is so skilled in what she does, and coordinated great vendors with timeliness and organization. If you’re looking for a gorgeous, authentic Italian villa experience, Villa Cungi is simply unmatched. We will cherish the memories made here forever!"

"Great wifi, delicious dinner, Luca and the breakfast lady in the morning were great. Staff were generally really lovely but quite busy. The room was large with a king size bed. Shower was strange with half glass half curtain but served its purpose. With a kettle in the room we could make a tea which was also great."
